Hoboken’s Mayor Bhalla on March 15th at 11am to close down businesses that attract large groups of people like restaurants, bars and daycare centers amid the coronavirus outbreak. “According, to OEM, any bar or restaurant establishment that currently offers food service will be permitted to conduct food takeout or food delivery service only.”
