I had a horrible experience today and will not go back (pizza isn’t even good, so many newer/better places now are uptown…) There is no owner to talk to, no website to write, no email or social media – so here is the only place I can vent my frustrations and hope someone reads it and gets back to me. I ordered a sandwich to go and paid $8. It was a cold sandwich and took 15 minutes to make with 4 cooks in the back chatting (was not complicated). I got home and when I opened up the wrapping it was completely wrong. I called to tell them that it wasn’t correct and was asked by the rudest person, “well what you want me to do?” – well I wanted it correct or I would like an apology and for you to say we will make it correctly for you. She offered no refund either. Agree with all the comments how they are rude, liars, disrespectful. I do not recommend, stay away, go to Napoli’s, Urban Coal, Apulia…
